TICKET CONDITIONS

THE PURCHASE OF THE TICKET REPRESENTS ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • These General Terms and Conditions govern the services and/or products offered on the website by Holika Gran Reserva Enterprises LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Promoter), registered in Florida, USA, to Users:

Tickets and Wristbands:

  • Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a festival cancellation. In such cases, applicable consumer protection laws will govern the refunds.

  • The ticket contains various security measures. The Organization is not responsible for tickets that were not purchased through official sales channels. Any amended, damaged, or falsified ticket may be invalidated by the Organization, which reserves the right to take legal action. The Organization may also deny access to the venue if any ticket irregularities are detected.

  • The wristband contains various security measures. The Organization is not responsible for wristbands not purchased through official sales channels. Any amended, damaged, or falsified wristband may be invalidated by the Organization, which reserves the right to take legal action. The Organization may also deny access to the venue if any wristband irregularities are detected.

  • Only the attendee and ticket owner can request a replacement wristband in case of loss or damage. Replacement of a damaged wristband will incur a $25 fee.

  • Service fees applied by sales channels to the ticket price will not be refunded, as the Organization does not receive these amounts and considers the service rendered at the time of ticket purchase.

  • In the event of total cancellation of the festival, the Organization will refund the ticket amount, excluding the distribution/management fees.

  • Any claim must be accompanied by the presentation of the ticket and the ID.

  • All promotional codes have a maximum number of uses to prevent electronic fraud and illegal resale of tickets. Unlimited use of discount codes is not allowed for these reasons.​

Rights of the Organization:

  • The Organization reserves the right to alter or modify the festival program and lineup.

  • The Organization reserves the right of admission.

  • Drones will be used for aerial filming before, during, and after the event. All persons present at the venue will be considered participants in the aeronautical operation and are deemed notified of the aerial operations, which will be conducted in compliance with U.S. regulations.

  • The Organization may deny access or expel attendees if conditions imposed by the Organization's staff are not met or if there is a reasonable presumption that the attendee may pose a risk or danger to themselves or others due to disorderly conduct or intoxication. The attendee will be personally responsible for any harm or damage they cause.

  • Any attempts at fraud, trespassing, or damage to property will authorize the Organization to pursue civil and/or criminal action against those responsible.

  • The Organization reserves the right to modify, alter, or suspend event dates or terms and conditions without liability to ticket holders, with the sole obligation of public notification through appropriate channels.

Rights of the Attendee:

  • Upon entry, attendees may be subject to security checks. Dangerous or prohibited items, including professional cameras or recording devices, will not be allowed.

  • The Organization retains all intellectual, industrial, and property rights related to performances or other events during the festival. Unauthorized capture or recording of images or sound is prohibited. Violators may be expelled without a refund.

  • Attendees may appear in images captured during the event and authorize their use for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.

  • Attendees cannot claim financial compensation for the use of these images.

Data Protection (U.S. Compliance):

  • Personal data will be managed in accordance with U.S. data protection laws and may be used for festival participation management and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to receive further information or advertising, email soporte@burcor.net

  • All areas of the festival will adhere to legal capacity limits, and once reached, access to specific areas may be restricted. The Organization will not be responsible for attendees unable to access specific events.

  • Bringing food and drinks into the festival is prohibited unless a medical certificate is presented for necessary exceptions.

  • The festival will use credit/debit payment system on all vendors.
